Making an Appointment with Fiveways Physiotherapy
Our hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Last appointment is at 4.30 pm.
If you have
- returned from overseas in
the last 14 days
- been in contact with
someone who either has, or is suspected to have,
coronavirus
- and you have a cough,
fever, shortness of breath, or have lost your sense
of taste and smell
Please delay making an
appointment for at least 14.. It would also be wise to
contact your GP
If you have any of the above
symptoms but have not travelled or been in contact
with a known or suspected coronavirus case, please
contact us to determine if you need to reschedule your
appointment.

You do not need a doctor's referral
unless you are
- A Veterans Affairs patient
- a Workcover Patient
- a Comcare patient, or
- an EPC patient
Access to Fiveways Physiotherapy Rooms
Access to our rooms is
easy.
- There is plenty of parking on
site, including lift-accessible undercover parking below
the centre.
- On the ground floor the lift is
between the Pharmacy and Forages Cafe.
- There is also a ramp from Gailey
Road
