- Your pre and post exercise regime
- Below par fitness level
- Poor flexibility
- Lower body biomechanics/weakness
- Mobilisation
- Soft tissue management with massage, possibly
enhanced with Hivamat usage if your physiotherapist
deems it to be useful
- Ultrasound, to reduce some of the ache resulting
from increased activity
- Targeted strength-building exercises
- Advise you on how to prevent a recurrence
