Visit
We aim to make every visit
as relaxed and stress-free as possible. Our waiting room is
comfortable and we invite you to relax, have a glass of water
or a cup of coffee, and read a magazine before your
appointment
What to bring with you
- X-rays if you have them
- Doctor's report if you have one
- completed Patient
Information Sheet or Workcover
Claimant Form
You can type your information into the relevant form, and
then print and sign it, or you may wish to print it out
and fill it in by hand. If you would prefer to
complete the sheet in our rooms, please arrive at least 10
minutes before your appointment time.

When you arrive
- We will check your information to ensure our records are
complete
- Your physiotherapist
- will come out to the waiting room to meet you
- take you through to a treatment room
- discuss your symptoms
- read any referral or report you have brought
- look at any X-rays you have brought
- subjectively assess your situation
- ask you to remove outer clothing, if necessary
- carry out an objective assessment, including both
active and passive movement
- discuss the findings and recommend treatment.
- obtain your agreement to treat you
- treat you, using methods appropriate to your
individual needs. These may include using manual
techniques, electrotherapy, ultrasound, exercises,
and/or tape.
When your treatment is completed
- You will make your way to the reception counter to
- pay your account
- book a follow-up appointment
